Basketball Academy of Excellence.com and any sub pages or links (collectively, our "Websites") are owned and operated by Basketball Academy of Excellence, LLC. B.A.E., Academy Sports + Outdoors, Academy Sports Equipment and/or its parents, affiliates, and subsidiaries (collectively, "Academy," "we," "us," or "our"). We provide our Websites and corresponding features to you subject to the following Terms and Conditions of Website Use (these "Terms of Use"). By choosing to visit, shop on, research on, post on, or otherwise use our Websites, you acknowledge that Academy has provided valuable consideration by offering the Websites free of charge, and in exchange for that consideration, you accept these Terms of Use.

Certain provisions of these Terms of Use may be superseded by expressly designated legal notices, disclaimers, conditions, rules or other terms located on particular pages of our Websites (the "Additional Terms"), including product sale or discount conditions, marketing or order confirmation emails or text messages, contests, sweepstakes, promotions, or other similar features. Your use of such pages confirms your unconditional acceptance of the Additional Terms. If these Terms of Use conflict with such Additional Terms, such Additional Terms will govern and apply to your use of that portion of our Websites. You understand and agree that Section 21 of these Terms of Use will apply to the Additional Terms, regardless of any conflict between the Terms of Use and the Additional Terms.

Academy may change these Terms of Use, and all other policies governing our Websites, including with respect to privacy and usage, at any time. We will post the date that these Terms of Use and all other policies governing our Websites, privacy, and usage were last updated. Your continued use of our Websites after changes are posted means that you accept such changes. You are responsible for checking these Terms of Use and all other policies governing our Websites, including those regarding privacy and usage, every time you use our Websites and following the updated Terms of Use and policies. Changes apply from the date reflected in these Terms of Use or such other policies.

 

  • These terms and conditions apply to Basketball Academy of Excellence courses given to students, applied for and consented to by the parent or guardian (referred to hereinafter as "student/Athlete"). Changes to these terms and conditions require the written consent of Basketball Academy of Excellence.

  • Course times and fees are given in the "Training Fee, & Schedule” for each course. An application will only be deemed to have been accepted if accompanied by the payment/transfer of the required deposit and Waiver. Receipt of the application and any deposit or fees paid at the time of application will be confirmed in writing along with all relevant course details and acceptance of any student is not confirmed until that letter has been issued.

  • Cash

  • Courses take place once a week for BB-101 & by schedule during the normal academic terms. The term dates for the following term will be made known in writing/email at the end of each term.

  • Written confirmation from Basketball Academy of Excellence an application confirming that a student has been allocated a place establishes a contract for the provision of coaching/teaching services.

  • Cancellation

  1. Where a student is attending any course for the first time the contract can be terminated no later than 5 days after the second course session. Any fees paid, over and above the deposit amount, will be refunded. Termination will only be accepted when received by Basketball Academy of Excellence in writing.

  2. Basketball Academy of Excellence reserves the right to exclude students from lessons at its discretion.

  • Basketball Academy of Excellence reserves the right to make changes to the timetable and to the teaching staff.

  • Fees are reviewed annually in November.

  • Students participate at their own risk and are obliged to inform Basketball Academy of Excellence and its staff of any existing injuries or medical condition.

  • Students are obliged to take care of their own belongings.Basketball Academy of Excellence can accept no liability for lost or damaged belongings.

  • The liability of Basketball Academy of Excellence and that of its staff is restricted to class/session time only and then only to gross negligence.
